GNI Digital Growth Program
The GNI Digital Growth Program is designed to help small-to-mid-sized news organizations achieve digital success. The free workshops that are part of this program are meant to be completed as a full curriculum, but can be accessed as standalone sessions as well. If you miss anything, you can watch the recording afterwards.  The workshops are delivered by Google and industry experts and are offered in five different languages: English, Portuguese, Spanish, Japanese, and Korean. Workshops are designed for experienced business executives at small- and mid-sized news organizations who are tasked with leading or accelerating digital growth.

Reader Revenue Workshops


Build and strengthen your reader revenue model with a series of best practices and lessons from publishers around the world. With our workshops, you’ll learn how to get a deeper understanding of your readers’ needs, size your potential market opportunity, build a stronger value proposition, optimize your user funnel and build a plan for long-term reader revenue success. Registration is free for small-to-midsize news organizations, but spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

We recommend starting with the Reader Revenue Overview workshop, and continuing with the four Deep Dives offered on alternating weeks. Also, tune into the expert sessions to hear more about how publishers and experts around the world have approached key reader revenue challenges.
